Who We Are

Lead Photographer is a non-profit organisation that started in 2022 post-Covid-19 with the aim of uplifting photographers who are struggling with their business by introducing different genres of photography(Portrait, Journalistic, Product, Sports, Wildlife, Landscape, Cityscape) and aiding photographers in identifying which one better suits them.

So many photographers do photography as a hobby unknowingly, because it is able to sustain you, most times as an artist this gives u satisfaction but this model of operation is not long term. Therefore so many photographers never make profits consistently, they’re breaking even in a good season and going underwater in off-peak seasons.

This is why we exist; we have created business mentorship programs buy financial professionals and professional photography to help hobbies turn into income-generating businesses and retain sustainability.

We have also introduced photo challenges to recognise and award those who have mastered their craft, this can be their stepping stone to advance their skills, promote their work and require new clients.

Due to the available resources, we start with Uganda and we intend to cover the entire EastAfrica.
